From Climate to Climax

Marie is a seasoned international keynote speaker who, after 25 years leading climate and sustainability initiatives in top global organizations like the UN, WWF, Barclays, and Accenture, decided to embark on a new professional journey as an ICF Certified Life Coach and Master-level certified clinical sexologist. Marie is regularly featured in the media, including recently in The Times, Top Santé, The Independent, Conde Nast, Hello!, and many more.

Advancing Women’s Health and Wellbeing at Work

She now applies her deep understanding of corporate life and the workplace wellbeing gap to her work. Through her strategic advisory work, she advises corporates and organizations on their UN SDG5, SDG3, and broader women’s wellbeing programs, sharing her knowledge, tools, and strategies for understanding and managing women’s health at work.

Gender Climate

Having led global climate change and gender initiatives her whole career, Marie understands firsthand the profound challenges women face, particularly when it comes to sexual and reproductive health—and the importance of addressing these critical issues with compassion and expertise. She is a strong advocate for sexual and reproductive rights and justice and speaks passionately about the impacts of climate change on women’s health, which are only going to increase over time, especially but not only in the Global South.

This journey inspired her to found her own sex coaching practice and business, Lilith Your Life, to help women (re)connect with their sexual wants, needs, and desires. Her vision for the world is that every woman embraces her sexuality with confidence, joy, and authenticity—and ultimately lives her very best life. Her mission now is to empower women to lead healthy, fulfilling, and pleasurable sex lives. She is a sex-positive advocate for midlife women and focuses her practice on themes related to understanding and celebrating female pleasure.
